How do I open a Performetrica HPC account?

If you or your organization is not yet registered, please first fill in the application form to initiate registration:

After initial approval, visit the user portal:
https://portal.superbilgisayar.tr/ -
Click on "Şifremi Unuttum" and complete the form.

Follow the instructions sent to your email to activate your account.
** If you or your organization is ALREADY registered, visit the user portal https://portal.superbilgisayar.tr/ and click on "Online Kayıt" and complete the form. Follow the instructions sent to your email to activate your account.

How long does it take to get started?
If your email domain or organization is approved, you can start using the system immediately after completing registration.
Otherwise, approval time depends on Performetrica evaluation.
I am an individual. Can I use the cluster?
Yes. Individual users may be accepted if their work is within a research and development scope.
All applications are subject to approval by Performetrica.
Our organization is registered. Do all users need separate approval?
No. Once an organization is registered, its members can self-register using their organizational email addresses.
How do I close my HPC account?
Send an email to: contact@performetrica.com
Include your username and request for account termination.
My software is not available in the cluster. What can I do?
Submit a software request via the user portal:

Use the "Software Request" section.
Requests are evaluated based on:
