By using Performetrica HPC infrastructure, all users agree to the following terms:

1. Service Availability

Performetrica HPC does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

In case of:

  • Hardware or system failures
  • Infrastructure issues
  • Unexpected outages

Performetrica HPC management shall not be held responsible for:

  • Loss of work
  • Delays
  • Project interruptions

2. Scheduled Maintenance

During announced maintenance periods:

  • Running jobs may be terminated
  • Services may become temporarily unavailable

Performetrica HPC management assumes no responsibility for resulting impacts.

3. Resource Usage and Administrative Intervention

System administrators reserve the right to intervene without prior notice in cases of:

  • Excessive resource consumption
  • Misconfigured or faulty jobs
  • Negative impact on system performance or other users

Actions may include:

  • Job termination
  • Resource limitation
  • Removal of applications

4. Security Risks

If a software application:

  • Contains security vulnerabilities
  • Poses a risk to system integrity or other users

It may be suspended or removed without prior user approval.

5. Data Responsibility

  • No backup guarantee is provided
  • Logging may be limited

Users are fully responsible for:

  • Backing up their data
  • Data integrity
  • Data security

Performetrica HPC is not responsible for:

  • Data loss
  • Data corruption
  • Unauthorized access

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All software usage complies with licensing terms
  • All data complies with applicable laws and regulations

7. Restricted Data

The following data must NOT be stored on the system:

  • Intellectual property with restricted access
  • Data prohibited by government regulations
  • Sensitive or confidential data

Performetrica HPC assumes no liability for misuse.

8. Software Licensing

  • Software installed in shared environments may be accessible to other users
  • Users requiring private licensing must install software in their own directories

Support can be requested from Performetrica when needed.

9. Monitoring and Access

System administrators may access:

  • Files
  • Job data
  • System usage information

Collected system usage data may be used for:

  • Performance analysis
  • Usage statistics

and may be shared in aggregated or anonymized form.

10. Policy Changes

Performetrica HPC reserves the right to modify:

  • Resource allocation policies
  • Security policies
  • Data lifecycle policies

These changes may be communicated when necessary.
